Dear Friends and Relatives,
Welcome to the House of Hope Family! Because your loved one is now involved in our program, we would like to let you know about the policies and procedures that exist within our treatment program. Your support of these guidelines is invaluable to us all.
We hope that the following pages will answer some of your questions, such as visitation privileges, phone access, and what to bring to treatment.
Structure is an important component of treatment and our policies and procedures have been designed with this in mind. Adherence to these guidelines provides clients an opportunity to learn the tools necessary to return to the community and reunite with their families.
Finally, your effort in understanding substance abuse is vital in the successful treatment of your loved one and we appreciate the very important part you play in helping to achieve that goal.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
